Thank you for shopping with Geri Brown Designs! We take pride in creating custom, made-to-order products with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping policy below.
🕓 Processing Time
All of our products are handmade and made to order.
Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order ships. Once your order has been created and carefully packaged, it will be handed over to the carrier for delivery. Ready to ship items are processed in 3 to 5 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada using trusted carriers, including:
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
💡 Note: Estimated delivery times are in addition to the 4–6 week production period.
🌍 International Shipping (Canada)
We are happy to offer shipping to Canada.
Please note that customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by their country. Geri Brown Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
💠 Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at geribrowndesigns@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
🚫 Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.
We do ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
