Each custom tumbler is made to order and requires 4–6 weeks for creation and curing before shipping. This ensures every piece meets my high standards of quality and durability.

2. Do you offer ready-to-ship tumblers?

Yes! I offer a selection of ready-to-ship tumblers that are fully finished and can be mailed out within a few business days. These are perfect if you need a quick gift or can’t wait to enjoy your new tumbler.

3. Can I request a specific design or theme?

Absolutely! You can choose your colors, glitter, decals, or even submit an idea or photo for inspiration. Each tumbler is handcrafted to bring your vision to life.

4. What sizes do your tumblers come in?

Tumblers are available in various sizes — from 12 oz to 40 oz — depending on the style. You can find available sizes listed in each product’s description.

5. How do I care for my tumbler?

• Hand wash only (no dishwasher or soaking)

• Avoid extreme heat

• Do not microwave
  With proper care, your tumbler will stay beautiful and last for years!

6. What if my tumbler arrives damaged?

If your tumbler is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I’ll gladly replace or repair it.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and custom nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

8. Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently, I ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
