Refund & Return Policy

At Geri Brown Designs, each item is made to order and often customized specifically for you. Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To request a replacement, email us at geribrowndesigns@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging

If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Important: Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order and custom, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect personalization details provided at checkout

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade process

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. However, this does not apply to custom or personalized items, which are exempt from the EU cooling-off period.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the case of verified damage during shipment, and only if a replacement is not possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
